it appears you meant well with the recent post about looking for employment , but calling for Crematory services ? Is it such a thing ?
I know doing surveys is of course a dead end job , but this is taking it a bit to far. lmao

try expanding outside of the State I found some nice Companies looking for Reps for crematory sales, jewelry orders , Resort bookings . and some of the TV 800 lines you call in and places orders . work is out there just need to look. you really didn't get much of an "education" reading from a script for the number years you have been doing it. pay won't be great and bonus a thing of the past

Texas job opportunities are very slim at this time. Many of us who valued the remote work will find it difficult to replace our Nielsen jobs. I’m not going to lie, I’m getting extremely worried about what I’m going to do once my severance ends.

have to agree with the OP the team spirit is evaporating by the days . everyone trying to hold together , but slipping apart as the end nears. Caturdays dont get the boards moving as it use to . cheers and rally last a moment with no others coming in to acknowledge.

got my severance last year and could not be happier, what a grinder I was working in. it wasn't till i got out and took time to realize what a routine job and not adding value to society the job is . always asking ri's why they were away from desk to go to bathroom . i felt like a heel. I apologize for treating you subhumans
be happy for the end of calling people at home and asking for Surveys you really DO need to get a real job and stop bother people when driving and Dinner time.

Former Dallas Arbitron employee, all was good then Nielsen started bringing in their people. Call Center never recovered.

Scarborough interviewer for the last 10 years and I would do it for another 10 years. Very sad to see this happening. Team Leaders are doing what they can but you can feel the waning spirt. They still have to do this for another four months, I hope they will all receive a nice bonus or at least severance of more than one week per year.

Come on, people… things are dire enough without adding unnecessary paranoia: Nielsen employees— current and former—have traditionally stayed in touch… if anybody posts that they heard that a certain dept/ region is experiencing layoffs, unless only one individual was laid off in that particular state/ region/ dept, then the info and subsequent post couldn’t be attributed to any particular individual (theoretically compromising any severance). Unless, of course, you’re posting while on company devices….

Severance? I was asked to leave years ago from so called "poor performance" , not meeting expectations! I was shown the door with no extra money. just what I had in my pocket. I put 10 plus years in .
