I've heard PFNA is clear but S&T could overflow into next week

To reply to @ilu+1rTJZyeD usually it's an 'all clear' meeting to say that the majority of layoffs are over. Maybe share a new org structure or something.

We will never get a full headcount, to the person asking. This is how they dodge bad PR, by keeping things as vague as possible.

WAY more layoffs occur every single year at Pepsi than are ever reported. There were some years where hundreds were let go from IT and it never hit the news.

I don’t think it matters either way whether someone takes the VRP or is involuntarily separated. The package is essentially the same, from what I’ve heard.

I have heard they did go after some people who qualified for early retirement (don't know the qualifications). Next time they offer a package to those who qualify, you may want to take it.

PFNA-all HR town hall late this afternoon. Not sure what will be said. Anyone with any insight on what the call will be about?

I doubt anything will happen on a Friday, so I think we can consider this week wrapped up.
