We will never get a straight answer. They seem to staffing up the Houston office. Renting out various floors of the SA office to outside entities. But everything is fine. We’re implementing a lost cost culture but don’t worry about anything. Do they really believe we are this stupid?!?!?!?
Is Marathon really moving its regional office? Can't stand another blow to SA...
These meetings aren't meant for news. These are purely pep rallies.
My guess is that the company is great, employees have never been happier, but there are some headwinds. Possibly some low hanging fruit near our core competencies that we could circle back on for actionable items going forward. We will continue to look for synergies within our best practices for either a quick win or a deep dive, while also leveraging our strengths to move the needle.
All the meetings are BS anymore. Anyone notice how they want all the questions submitted ahead of time now? I remember the days of taking questions from the crowd. They sure don’t do that anymore because they know they’ve ruined the culture and moral. They don’t want to get caught of guard because they know everyone is fed up.
