Currently it is Daytron, Randtron, and ATI (CA Menlo, Simi Valley, and San Leandro) that will be sold off to Kanders and Co.

"So far the news reports are rather vague about exactly which parts of L3H are being sold"... IMS CAS is divesting to a holding company as well but held in litigation for a short bit.

Warren Kanders will ensure that they survive. Good for them.

So far the news reports are rather vague about exactly which parts of L3H are being sold.
