After painful years of gross mismanagement bu UB, JJ, JV and the Icahn crew, its finally come to an end.

All that remains of xerox production is the shrinking customer “install base”
Xerox would like to sell off those products and customer contracts.
That customer base sees their service levels falling. They see that xerox doesnt have follow-on products.
Potential OEM buyers see that they may not have to buy the contracts because it gets easier to flip every day.

Of course not. So the business will continue to shrink and the layoffs will continue.

Xerox is no longer a manufacturer. Xerox is a dealer. Dealers don't sell much heavy iron production.

Production products were the jewel in Xerox's crown a few years ago.
