And how will Ford make up this loss?Cut American salaried and send to Mexico, Brazil, and India. It’s been in progress for 3-4 years and expect the engineering centers in Mexico and Brazil to be full in 2 years. ICE engineering was gutted in 2022.

Interesting how LCC employees when they don’t deliver are not let go. One of my engineers did so little actual work that when they fired the American worker / counterpart it was super obvious the FOM engineer did nothing. He rehashed the American guys work on every project. Still couldn’t put them on a PIP or move them. Job for life?
