And I'm one that goes to the competition because hyvee doesn't care if I shop there ,and is so high priced.

It’s really sad in every way to see Hy-Vee abandon the customer and force the customer to go shop somewhere else. #wontbeback2hyvee

The problem is that customers will complain about lack of service at the front end or shelves being empty but all corporate cares about is stores getting a sales increase or better grosses. The problem is that it takes labor to fill shelves or run the front end but the only thing the manager/director cares about is who can kiss Jeremy's a-s first. It's really sad in a way to see customers abandon hyvee for the competition because corporates heads are so buried in their own behinds.
