Layoffs are a fact of life here. If not June, July then it is always the week before or after Thanksgiving. Cruel, yes. Ive seen this for years! Margins at 26, need 30. T and J will cut cut cut

I don’t think there are 3 layers of ED or VP.
There could be 5 layers of MD reporting to each other, not at ED or VP level.
Let’s hope so. Theres too much dead weight. If you are an ED who reports to an ED who reports to an ED, something has to give. Also too many so called project managers who just write down what others are doing. What a waste of resources.
