If I ask you in a normal tone to do something that's part of your job that doesn't mean I'm attacking you, nor that I'm being mean to you, and I'm certainly not bullying you. How hard is it to listen to somebody ask you to do a simple thing (which you should have done in the first place!) and then just nod your head and go and do it? I guess playing the victim is all the rage these days.
