Some serious things are going on with our stores and retail in general. When did credits and app downloads mean more to get than sales? The days of focusing on your sales per hour is gone and now all we hear all day is how many apps and downloads have you got. Now Estée Lauder has launched Clinique as of March 27th on Amazon. Every item we sale can now be purchased with prime and online. What will be next? I always knew Amazon would take over everything but didn’t think Lauder would sell us associates out like this. Scary times for sure!!!!!
