Kr too busy taking ozempic shots. He is charmed by the moneyshit potwall and is actually just doing his bidding. We thought things would get better after the useless fong but got worse. And ms litigation 2010 is off to cali for her next pagent run. Expect a sh-t drop of yammer pics from Renee and Dan to golddig their way further up.

I, too, witnessed terrible leadership behavior by KR. On more than one occasion I saw him berate our VP in front of a large group of people. This VP did an excellent job and has much more experience than KR does in connection with the type of law at issue. KR did not like that and was always disrespectful and abusive when this VP presented. It ended up that the VP was right and KR was wrong. Of course, KR never admitted he was wrong or apologized for his behavior. It was difficult for me to witness such behavior but as a paralegal I felt there was nothing I can do.
So sad someone so horrible gets paid so much and such kudos. This comes from having lived through one of his tantrums.

You are right. He is responsible for the ear plug mess. If I make a small mistake I could be fired. KR approved the offensive litigation which created the ear plug mess. Why is he still at 3M and making millions of dollars? Why didn’t 3M post the position to get the best person for the job and not someone who lacks good judgment and had no experience as the head legal person at a Fortune 500 company?u
Wasn't this same guy in charge of IP when the whole ear plug thing started?

So the playbook is to create a billions dollar lawsuit, then get paid millions to fix your own mistake?
Probably Roman and the boards biggest failure to not see this.
Unbelievable! I retired from 3M Legal (not an attorney). I did not work in IP but those I knew on the IP team did not like KR. I heard he was a narcissist bully. One person said he was “reptilian” in character. I guess that makes one a good leader at 3M?
False news $3.7 m is in stock and the stock is worth zero so…
3M’s best mentor is doing better than that, in only 2-1/2 years!
