PBNA Beware L8 to L10 NASM’s watchout

This is the real deal PBNA.
Especially the NASM roles. Most NASM positions will be eliminated, other NASM positions will move to KAM’s. The KAM role will also be changing, more responsibilities, bigger coverage zones while paying less.

If you are a KAM in PBNA, 70% will be OK. You will just have an insurmountable workload with a few percent bump, and a single Level bump.

If you are currently a NASM, God Bless. Take the BOP, (buyout package) and never look back. The PBNA world is drastically changing. Hold on.

Mostly Food Service NASM’s are going. The NASM role no longer fits in the new Org Structure. If you just got in role, (Campus Recruit) your safe, if you’ve been around 10+ years, hold on tight. It’s going to get ugly, really quickly.
FS people, take the package, there is real life out there beyond PepsiCo.
Get out there and live.

@2fot+1rJte03s is it really unbelievable? They did it already once before. One should assume if certain roles barely dodged a layoff, their days are numbered while the higher ups figure out a way to give their work to someone else

Where are there still NASMs? Foodservice? Retail eliminated NASMs at the Division years ago. Is that the only cuts coming?
