This is the real deal PBNA.
Especially the NASM roles. Most NASM positions will be eliminated, other NASM positions will move to KAM’s. The KAM role will also be changing, more responsibilities, bigger coverage zones while paying less.
If you are a KAM in PBNA, 70% will be OK. You will just have an insurmountable workload with a few percent bump, and a single Level bump.
If you are currently a NASM, God Bless. Take the BOP, (buyout package) and never look back. The PBNA world is drastically changing. Hold on.
