I'm sick and tired of them adding all this extra work to my plate but barely ever giving me a raise. They get rid of various positions and then expect us to just cover them somehow. While we do our own jobs. And this keeps going on and on. People are sick of this and they're leaving and I plan to join them soon. Enough is enough.
