Are they spying on managers taking stress leave? Or is it just agreement employees they’re after?

All railroads have been doing this for ever. When my stepdad got injured they spied on him for 2 years. Nothing new
Sure they do… most companies do this. My brother worked at an auto plant and was hurt on the job. The company hired private detectives to follow him and took pictures of him in his yard from a drone. This all came out in court and was all legal.
That's why the Europeans call them sleepers.
