Did anyone get Best of Belk this year? How did the company celebrate you?

I've gotten Best of Belk for 18 straight years until this year, all of the winners were support staff, I've been in the top 3 in email and credits all these years, it's just a slap in the face.
They celebrated me by cutting my hours and making me the clean up crew for the other associates. Best of be39lk is a joke.
Best of belk is if you do the job of four people or if you’re the manager’s favorite, and that’s all it is. It’s sad.
Best of Belk last year at our smaller size Belk store consisted of coffee, donuts, a six foot table with belk table skirt, three people sitting at the table, and paper awards. Just like getting an award in 4th grade. My goodness, it was cringeworthy.
best of belk = low pay, flex, back of house, truck team, support, visual merch.
Our store announced winners. But how do they pick support staff winners? Selling team if they make email and credit will make it. But the other seems like a popularity contest with the same people winning every year.
