Poll Question: Executive Layoffs

If by chance, Maria and her copious amounts of VP's and executives were all laid off today, how much business would this impact in terms of the people who actually bring in the revenue would not be able to do their jobs?

CEO? Do we really need one? Kinda pricey if you ask me.

I wish it would happen and be replaced by more visionaries. At the moment, it makes no sense what those guys are doing up there. When SLB is doing so much better, we are sinking day by day. If you ask this question in any town hall, they answer as if the questionnaire is d-mb enough to know such things. I wonder what the board of directors is doing?

Many people would start crying in seeing the brave and glorious senior leadership team go and would not be able to perform their task with tears in their eyes and depressive syndromes due to a feeling of void and abandonment. Translated in numbers we would be at least 4 to 5% worst off, would miss our targets and the travel ban would extend to q4 2025.

Think Lean CEO. Someone that will do the job for what it's actually worth. No Robber Barons need apply.
