7% merit, top right box. Grade 11
To make you feel worse VLO bonus payout was 194%
Glad to know our industry contributes to inflation metric, yet we don't benefit. Watered down benefits relatively to our legacy leadership yet record profits.
We are all being gouged by extreme food prices and more. Even 20% would not even cover this year's losses. Circling the drain financially sort of like EVs(electrical vehicles).
"4% was the budgeted amount (i.e., average). Some higher and some lower"
Average only works when everyone is paid the same. A higher up getting a percent more disproportionately takes from people making less. My issue is inflation is a B and we all took a pay cut
4% was the budgeted amount (i.e., average). Some higher and some lower
Grade 13, 4.15% and 1.53% bonus target…could be worse, could have been much better.
- 25%
My direct got 6.0%
Neither of us are RSU eligible. We just did a good job last year i guess. I have no input in my report's raise. Was a bit disappointed they gave me an extra .25 over them. We are both left of midline but got above center evaluations.
Grade: 13
Merit: 3.42%
Bonus: 151.68%
I'm grade 10 and got 5. I know of one person that got 6+ who got bumped from 9 to 10 this year.
There was a time when MPC used to do merit raises AND cost of living increases. Those days are long gone.
I am hearing they are awful for a company that made billions last year.
So basically, same as last year.
6+ at a grade 14 though?
4 is not the ceiling. Grade 12 got 5, confident people got 6+
