I can't be the only one who feels this way. Things su-k and they've been like that for a long while. We have a distinct lack of good leadership, a toxic culture that is destroying employees' mental health, rampant cronyism, and rude managers who love to bully their subordinates. There's more, I just don't feel like continuing. I believe I made my point. We're stuck in a cr-ppy place with no indications that it'll ever get better. It's depressing, all in all.

You must be new......it was like this when I was there. If their lips were moving, they were lying. At every level of management they lied - to their employees, to each other and the worst - to their customers.
But you're wrong about one thing......you're not "stuck there". Staying there is a choice.
