RTO for Off shore/ contractors

Manager just made the announcement yesterday that all off shore and contractors are going to be in office 5 days a week with no exceptions. Anyone else heard this news as well? This could be a sign that full time RTO is around the corner.

@7nzh+1rCynGnZ it is not the effective policy right now. My entire offshore team is still entirely WFH. They were scheduled RTO April 1, but again leadership backtracked and it will be 3 days until July then full 5 days RTO.

This was the policy to start the year. Offshore must be 5 days in office and only approved locations. Not all of the vendors offices meet the standards. If you interview an offshore contract person and want to proceed, they’ll turn it down 9 out of 10 times because it’s Schwab. They know our policy now.

@1ekj+1rCynGnZ not sure why you're being down voted. The email from Dennis' mouth said exactly this.

They Taught , when you are in all meeting and review and what Not, you aware what others are doing and will able to pickup when they are gone. That is why we have lot of meeting , so that any one can be replaced by any one.

An update was announced yesterday. Dennis approved hybrid offshore model of 3 days in the office through June. Full RTO beyond June.

I swear if this company didn’t have poor communication and missed dates it would only have terrible management.

I can't imagine vendors would want to comply with that mandate.
