Blake sold you all out. The three original owners chose him and trusted him to carry on the operations of a fine company. And he waited them all to die, and then he sold them out, and he sold you out. I used to work with him out there back in the early days, and I can't believe he did this.

The previous CEO and the current CEO along with VP of HR should be investigated for some of the labor practices used to reduce staff in many areas to avoid paying severance compensation to many employees who had earned it through many years of hard work if not criminal at the least unethical and I would bet there will be more to suffer the same fate
The hierarchy are only doing what they were employed to do by the board 7 or 8 years ago. Many got out either by choice or not with good severance packages since the plan was put in place.
Now at an advanced stage, the company have/had a handful of decent patents and products that could be of interest to the bigger players.

Here comes management to keep the lambs from jumping ship before the sla-ghter. Best way to keep the meat sweet is to convince everyone that they're gonna make it through the merger. 🫣
