Heard phones and branches are busy so would have to be more non customer facing roles. HQ and marketing maybe?

I believe there is truth to it. I heard it from three “high up” people from different BU’s as the initial wave was going on - that more cuts were coming in April. I hope not of course. Just focus on what you can control.

If part of the reason they’re doing it is to make room for everyone in the office; then yes. Boston doesn’t have Seaport office right now. NC has 10,000 associates but 3,500 seats. They need to make room for everyone by September.

This firing seems to be a mix of reasons - a salary reset (fire more expensive ppl), Agile refresh (get rid of Agile Coaches and most SN’s), and making room for people come September
