Interesting that Dril-Quip shareholders will own 52% of the new company, but this “merger” will result in a new company called Innovex and the CEO and CFO will be the current Innovex CEO and CFO.
Probably for the best.

Sounds like the bean counter Bird is on his way,worst about it will go with his pockets full after letting DQ go down the pan.
The prep work is done by the lasted regime to move on with golden handshakes.
Innovex is predominantly owned by a private equity group. I see a full take over happening.
