What’s funny is HR in my BU blaming the 2 week mandate for low scores, but that was announced right after the survey closed. On purpose, I’m certain.
Pay was a huge area of criticism and that was swept right under the rug, too.

Pulse survey will get retired permanently after this 2 week mandate. They don't really care what we think. The results dropped so bad that they aren't even going over the results in our area.

Impossible to be ergonomically set up correctly when you don’t even have your iwn cube anymore. Open seating is awful. Everyone hates it.

lol no surprise, going down as always... scores at our location are always below company average. Sit to stand desk or even adjustable desk is a luxury here, and I have to do massage therapy on a regular basis after I started to work in office...which is of course not covered by our health plan btw.
