This company is a complete garbage place to work

Layoffs have just confirmed that.

Then leave. Nobody is forcing you to stay.

Uhh... If you are in Albuquerque you don't get profit sha ing and you don't get Retiree medical accounts. Bc we are brown people and they feel like they are blessing us just by giving us a job. Lol ... So much for their "equity and inclusion".

Well! That’s the myth! Contractor loose money if they take PTO or get sick.

There are a million places to work. Figure out what you want and either be happy to stay or happy to leave. Otherwise you are just whining.

Is it me or are the last three post from damage control at Fido? Have you seen the packages given at tech companies? Fidelity gives you enough you won’t leave not enough to retire early on.

Layoffs happen to every co. Some go out of business first. Yes 7% match, very low medical cost, 10% PS and RHRP-retiree healthcare reimbursement account. If you can put up with the current BS and corp. politics then hang in there. Typically employees are laid off 3X's during a workers career.

Absolutely true!! Fidelity delivers for employees long term. 7% match , 10% profit sharing and RMB account.

Disagree. If you can stay long term you are set for the rest of your life.

It’s actually not. It’s a great place to work but it is still a business.
