@3cxj+1r9tzZT8 - thanks for doing the math, but there is an error. For calculation purposes the last day was January 5th, 2024. Payout will be 73% of 100% of the year minus quarterly advancements. There will be no eligibility for 2024.

you also have to rest the 3 payments every quarter in 2023
I don't have any inside information on this, I was also let go in October as well. However, I can offer my prediction on how the bonus will be calculated for those of us who were laid off. We worked for 10 months from January to October and were paid to not for November and December. This means we worked for 10 out of 12 months, which is approximately 83% of the year. The bonus funding came in at a paltry 73%. Assuming a bonus target of $10,000, the calculation would be as follows:
$10,000 x 83% = $8,300 x 73% = $6,059
So, my guess is that us laid off folks will receive around 60.5% of our total target bonus with no additional communication, only the pay stub in the mail.
Between the 26th and the 5th, before youre able to see your paycheck.
I was told by HR last week that they didn’t know if there would be a communication to laid off folks. Just that it would be deposited on 3/8 and pay slip mailed out.
March 8th
What is the date of bonus payment for laid off folks.
For current employees that information is provided during the performance review. Each manager decides when they will do those but typically it’s around this time of year. For the laid off employees I read on this board that the payslip will be mailed to you, no clue if there will be any other sort of communication prior to the payout.
