That with CHK buying us we will have three rounds of layoffs. First this week. Bulk two week later and final round 30 days. Buckle up my muchachos!

Please continue to report layoffs in the Spring office…many of us are left in the dark as to whats going on in other departments. NO ONE IS TALKING
Sounds like they have started in the spring office as of today. Cutting the dead weight and some scheduling people/managers
Can confirm layoffs in Spring. I know of 11 and Whisk-y Tango Foxtrot was 2023. So glad this company my beloved SWN is going into the trash dumpster. Thanks CHK!

Work in Spring…no word of any layoffs today.
No layoffs in PA. Can confirm cuz i was in our office all day. None in WV. What about Haynesville? Heard a few surprises in HQ. What was the total layoff there today?
Aren’t LTI payouts going on now???
Is the definition of mass layoff the same as other mass events, 2 or more? I can confirm a mass layoff event will be occurring prior to bonus and LTI payouts. This will show the shareholders that serious action is occurring to get a few ticks up. SWN stock is still good for wiping your a-s, basically. The layoffs will mostly not discriminate based on age, s-x, orientation or preferred pronouns, but your preferred pronoun will be “they gone” after this mass event.

I don’t think anyone in bulk will be laid off until the deal closes. Management cant assume the deal will close.
