When did she have time to look at her portfolio and make a decision to sell? She has been busy planting trees in Houston all week to help the environment. I'm sure she feels a few trees makes up for the contaminated 5th Ward.

Thats just loose change for her. She still owns 117,304 shares. Nice compensation for a lady that didn't even know her own HR rules.
If I was her, I would've sold them too! There's a lot of talk on Wall Street right now. There's also a lot of talk within the company about more downsizing. I could be wrong, but I really see the stock price starting to fall soon. Vena can talk all he wants about how "proud" he is of the UP team. There's way too many "team" players that don't trust in the leadership of the UP. More importantly, there too many of the "team" members that don't like him or trust him specifically. How the UP wins is by getting rid of the problem leadership and not add to it. This is how WE the employees win!
