Also, why do you prioritize shareholders financial wellbeing over employees (remember, our bonus pool couldn’t be raised after a grueling year because share holders suffered enough under the ECs leadership)?
Can you tell the story about how Chuck talked you out of quitting to take care of your family by allowing you to have true workplace flexibility?
