Form the cross street, what’s yall vcip this year and merit?
Through all the BS, complaining, problems, gripes that we have, we are compensated fairly well if you take a 30,000 foot view. I leave late occasionally and see the parking garage empty at 5:30pm, so I know there aren't many people burning the midnight oil. Now that doesn't mean we don't have valid gripes about the internal workings of the company, but in the maslows hierarchy of needs we get to gripe about those other things because we can feed our families, takes vacations, and own a decent house.
And no, I am not an HR troll. . . .just your avg employee who can see the job from multiple angles
