“Anonymous” Survey

I was given an opportunity to submit feedback in a more free form manner (this was not the Glint survey). I had to disclose my business unit before filling out the survey, but not my immediate team or location. I was very direct with my feelings toward RTO, how it was communicated, and it’s lack of flexibility, but said so in a professional manner - no swearing, personal accusations, etc. I highly doubt the survey is truly anonymous, what do people think my chances of retaliation or any sort of consequence would be? I can’t imagine senior leadership is actually going to care about the feedback or take anything I said into consideration, so really unsure why it was even shared in the first place.

I wouldn't worry about it and IMO it's really just the EC formalizing a response to the abysmal Glint results as a CYA. They know everyone's opinion, particularly concerning RTO, but they need to do something about the scores so every time they do "focus groups" or additional surveys to show how they "responded." I would've done the same because you don't just want the "pick mes" to be filling those out and have them say "Oh 80% of the follow-up survey thinks RTO is fantastic."

The surveys are window dressing and they don’t care. It might have been best to just ignore it, but what’s done is done and many will be glad you were forthright.

RTO isn’t the d-mbest thing this company has done, but it is the most direct against the employees and the least defendable.
