What is the deal with the phone system? Dealing with upset clients all the time due to tech issues is the last straw for me

Who’s part of STS here, that is in charge and keeps messing up the phone system?
Schwab only cares about costs…fu-k the clients, fu-k the employees. Who cares about the long term consequences when all you care about it cashing out your options as a member of the EC when it wont be your problem three years from now?
A better question is whose bright idea was it to slam a cloud based phone system into the call centers that clearly su-ks, and the people who are frequently asked to help fix it are sick of dealing with this horrible decision. I volunteered to help the troubleshoot teams and learned far too much about what they are dealing with.

Why on earth do people still even use the phone, use the web or mobile for goodness sake!
