So finally it becomes official today that no raise this year... according to our manager this is compa y wide this year. Wonder if ECs are taking cuts on their end. This is going to hurt the morale even more, not that it was any good to begin with.

It’s just so ironic how we can’t get our own paper right. Who’s leaving March 1.
Raises are news to me! Since I started with this company in 2015 I received one raise and that was 2016. My salary only changed with my promotion later on. There are business groups where anmual salary increases are not normally given out. So whenever I have a comp discussion with my manager or as a people leader, salary increase is never part of the discussion.
To the commenter before me ….. The lack of transparency starts with T and gets funneled down to her directs.
What pis.es me off is the complete disrespect for your employees.
Most people making 100k+ are okay, no raise for a year ain't gonna ki-l them, they will survive.
How hard is it to set up a call and let your employees know that we are taking these steps to save money. They have stopped being nice too now. A little nicity would have gone a long way in this case.
EC stopped caring long time ago what employees think. Their mindset is be grateful you have a job.
Also heard no raises for anyone making over $90k from 2 people leaders. Unless there was a promotion/change in title.
That is 100% True if they told you no raise, they are full of it!
If your manager told you no raises company wide they are lying to you.
The LTPP plan is when you make over a certain threshold, they defer a percentage of your bonus for 3 years. T has $17 million in it so far so of course it went up 11%. It’s how they get their “raise”
The OP didn’t mention the word Bonus. They simply stated “no raises”.
Not even a typically normal, albeit small, cost of living increase. Can’t wait to see the list of how many people got “promotions” this year in my org.
This is 100% not true! There are still bonuses this year!
outside of lunch and coffee breaks time ti start taking 20 mins $hit twice a day hehe small things we can control lol
We’ve known for a month that this was the probable outcome but I guess always a glimmer of hope…
Some of my teammates got an email about an 11% payout for LTPP. No idea what this is but I guess this is a separate plan for tenured employees?
