Day for Me......

We've got a day for Me on Monday...... think I'll quiet quit for the rest of that week and take it as a Week for Them in honor of the colleagues lost to our incompetent management team.

Doing the minimal is fine buy that will just give them additional ammunition to fire you the next round. Easier target.
If you are anything G10 or below, you are not expected to do much outside of the day job. Anything G12 and above if you do the minimum they will fire you as they don't want to be paying high money for minimal work.

I work minimum possible, I understand I can get LR drop of hat so why you working hard and going extra miles for Cisco when you only get LR anyways? If you are then you are an id--t and the problem is you and not Cisco. Quiet quit.

The 2 colleagues that I know got laid off were both high-performers. But somehow the most obvious coasters are still here!
It's clear now that these layoffs are not performance related.
So what's the point in working hard??

i’m certainly not going to work very hard for 25% mid year bonus and getting ki-led in the next round anyway.

what i am going to work hard at is getting a more stable job.

I won’t say lazy. I see this attitude as more demoralized. Lazy is an employee issue. Demoralized is a leadership issue. Huge difference!
