Offshore agents
Many offshore agents started recently and more on 2/19. It's not secret that work has been sent offshore. They are doing many ticket work and digital Frontline , some now on phones. It's just a matter of when for USA staff. It makes me very sad. It will hurt the company in the long run. Best of luck.

- VTO is common this time of year, then picks up in next quarter and they need the agents
Anyone posting of "layoffs" should provide better clarity.
It seems very flippant to say March 1st layoffs in Frontline without any further detail.
This could just be someone easily just saying something to stir pot and create potential unneeded anxiety.
I am not saying .. this will not happen
But better context or concrete information should be provided before people entertain random remarks

Frontline lay-offs will happen on 3/01z
Volumes for frontline and specialized teams seem to be very low and I am curious if this is because business is slow or if volumes are being redirected.
