Is anybody able to focus on their work? I admit I'm not. My productivity is shot and it will stay that way until this is completely wrapped up. There's not much I can do to change that.

Yep it is a terrible experience for all involved. Managers hate delivering the bad news. And it’s cr-ppy getting the bad news. For everyone else it’s lost productivity. Was with Cisco for 18 years. The crazy thing is in a month or two they begin opening teas and hiring like crazy. We wound debate the value of LRs vs keeping talent through a rough patch. Re hiring talent is very expensive.
have any tech leads been fired? My dad works at cisco and is a grade 11 tech lead, i'm really scared :(((

1/3 of my team has been let go, i havent received a 1:1 from my boss but i can see those affected in webex marked busy until feb 29th and then a bunch of cancelled meetings. I have heard nothing from my manager either way so yeah a little anxious
New here? In one group here we had to wait by our Cisco IP phones and wait to get a call. Get the call, leave your desk, never to return. This was around 2006. Same as it ever was. I’m long gone, good luck yo those still there.
