It has become like almost every other bigger company in the corporate US: bloated, vision-less, not about the actual innovation and production, not about services or clients, more of a commodity than company, just a means to an end - getting as much money out of it as possible and fast. What will happen tomorrow, no one cares. Leadership will just move on to another place to turn it into a carcass. It is all such a waste of people’s skills and talents, resources, infrastructure and potential.

It would great if the company focused on cultivating internal innovation and growing the business instead of faux outrage over social issues. If customers cared about them half as much as we talk about it, then we’d be growing at a double digit pace across all BUs.
