Engagement Survey 😩

Stopped answering when asked “ do you trust the senior leadership”… there wasn’t a suitable enough answer to express my dissatisfaction and disgust with this bunch of id--ts

Ha ha. Yes. They could come to this platform

Am I the only one who finds it interesting that two most talked about people are Personal Brand and CRO?
Universal agreement on those two!

Management knows who doesn’t complete it which is annoying - can’t be totally candid. :( HR did mention answers will be consolidated. Anything can be spun when consolidating answers though so unsure what they’re looking for when they could just read this platform.

Absolutely DO NOT complete. Do not open your vulnerability just so your leadership can get a bonus on information you share that they will also gladly hold against you.

I remember HR telling me that the 2022 survey results wouldn't even be shared because the results and feedback were so diabolical.

HR and business groups get bonuses based on how many surveys are complete.
DO NOT help them get a bonus for doing nothing but checking a KPI box

The survey is happening only because some people in HR still have jobs. They have to do some work after all. No-one gives a sh-t to what you write, and ofcourse if you want to go ahead speak your mind in the survey then 100% do it. No one will read it, hence do not worry.

Absolutely DO NOT complete the engagement survey!
No point.
Tons of risk.

I always remember my VP telling me unequivocally that the Engagement Surveys are NOT anonymous !!!! If the corrupt leadership really want to see who wrote what they absolutely can. Be careful.....

That's the whole point in Apollos strategy -- to secure a dysfunctional organization that somehow has revenue it can squeeze, but dysfunctional enough to be able to pull a fast one and steal ownership.

This was NOT a gamble on Apollos part. Apollo won. Avaya's continued dysfunction is just the cherry on top!

Can only hope the results go to Apollo so they can see they bet on the wrong horse.
