HR exists to protect the company, not to protect the employees.
I agree with gas lighting. It is neverending and not good for well being. HR can do it with smiling optimism. Leadership does it as a reflex.
I would add:
- Emotional abuse/gas lighting of employees.
You missed one - Culture of JE.
They like weiners and wine tune. Chasing tail and collecting wine. Expect executive wine collecting tour while claiming poorhouse at a juncture near you. More wine and money they can all horde the better for the elites.
