Has anybody been invited to 1-on-1 and notified being laid off by your manager or director, yet?
My question is the below:
A:
1-on-1 about being laid off = Last Work Day that you need to work but Legally and Officially Last Day are to be set to the end of Feb or the end of March?
B:
1-on-1 about being laid off = Legally and Officially Last Day? Hence, no handover to anybody about tasks you may currently be working on.
Which one of the above is true? Or perhaps, neither? Then, when is the actual legally and officially last day at Cisco?
I also wonder what happens to those unused PTO days...
