The PE vultures will end of buying TDC for a huge discount to milk the last drops out of the cow before it falls over in the pasture. The ELT has not clue what to do next now that they are exposed.

Who would buy this dumpster fire?
I have no doubt they will sell as soon as they get a deal they want. That way they ran ride into the sunset with their golden parachutes. They were hosed when the cloud made it too easy and cheap to get relative performance without the lock in. If it weren’t for monolithic customers and complexity of migrations everyone would be gone but a few banks.
