Pay attention. Personal information used at this company is often found to be unguarded. Some are aware of these vulnerabilities but they choose not to address the problem. Get out now! For those of you identified in the August 2024 messaging about this partnership, abandon ship! This was once a great company, however things are quickly changing.

So when is this project suppose to go live. Based on work happening I see Cognizant consultants coming and going in peanuts. It doesn't seem to be anytime soon.

Sastry worked at both Accenture and Amex. Upendra was at Amex as well.

Sastry worked for Accenture? I thought he worked at Amex for 15 years

Mouserider I could give million likes for your comment. Sastry’s claim to fame is outsourcing jobs to Accenture, where he used to work.

all recordkeeping teams and related IT teams will soon work for the company selected as the new outsourcing partner...they will no longer be TIAA employees...worst kept secret in the industry

TIAA might as well call it quits with Retirement if this is true. Fidelity and any other competitor will take all of TIAA's recordkeeping clients with this type of model.

Why would a plan sponsor take the risk of signing up with TIAA if all the core processing is handled by another company?

TIAA will become the middleman, and you know what happens to the middleman.

As a new employee that doesn’t know better, WTF is record keeping?

If they got rid of/Outsourced Record keeping which is the Operation Department, how will the work get processed?

Y’all saw Nuveen’s town hall in Charlotte? It looks like their EC has their sh-t together. It’s our EC that comes off clueless. Nuveen has the stronger brand. That’s why they are rebranding the new logo to include the nuveen colors. And rebranded the tiaa funds to nuveen.

Why aren’t we getting the revenue we should from Nuveen?

Mouseraider translation: Sarcastic comment about how TIAA hired big name people (Sastry and team) who spend millions to convince everyone they are doing amazing things, only to do the opposite.

Mouseraider I couldn’t follow one word of what you tried to convey. If you are intimating that we are going to be the envy of record keeping then bring it on because right now we su-k at it and that’s all clients seem to want us for. And we charge enough for it. We sure as he-l aren’t getting the revenue we should from Nuveen.

My sense is that Recordkeeping is going bye bye because it causes too many headaches. Plus T isn’t going anywhere either I bet she is just going to tear apart this company sell it for parts.

Are you that cynical? Tiaa paid $5.75m to the motivational starwars gamer in 2022. He brought folks with multiple patents and brand recognition with an annual salary of 2-3 m each to take us to galaxies and beyond. All of those directs spend multiple millions on consulting companies on creating PowerPoints . You are now saying, when the smoke clears you will see us seeing it to be outsourced rather than seeing the market leading everyone’s envy of a record keep g solution?
