Remember that Optum is one of the worst HSA custodians out there (shock I know). 0.01% interest and fees.

I've been happy with Fidelity, but there are lots out there. Looking at alternatives makes sense whether you're using the account as an IRA or for medical expenses. Just don't leave it with Optum unless you've made a conscious decision they are the best option for you.
