Can you provide any details? Eg. What Unit, was it part of annual review, PIP, etc?
Unfortunately Ford is still considered to have a bloated amount of working level employees for the amount of products. This is not efficient or sustainable. While it is hard, I trust Ford leadership will right size the company to improve quality, revenue, and profitability.
If it happens all you can do is be ready. Don't belive anyone, including your LL's if they say it's safe. Never is and I don't know how anyone would think it could be. No one is immune. FnF maybe...but even the ln it doesn't matter how much shoe polish you taste. At some point they will select you. I see them doing mostly agency where they can, but on the other hand if they can have agency do a high paid GSR's work then why not?

With compensation planning and PRs consuming managements time, I'd say it's highly unlikely anything will happen until at least mid-March.
My LL6 let us know this is the week. If we survive Monday, we'll be good for the rest of the year.
