Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Common sense…..

Pay for performance….AM got $10m. By his own words….we’ve restructured our balance sheet and we are focused on DPTW. What’s missing here? Revenue? Understanding of who’s buying from the company?

Apollo looks like id--ts keeping him around, no?

Logic doesn't follow Avaya or those who blindly supported Avaya.
Declaring success is
as logical as someone who is known for being excessively Tacky to being a podcast and use Tac in the name, leading everyone to see "tacky" when they read it.
Good thing they have BOUGHT a blue check mark to reinforce self promotion desperation! "Badge of Shame"

MLs time at HP came to an indecent abrupt end!

She was caught off guard in the back of a car, right out of a steamy movie love scene :)

That's because what he reports is just the Propaganda...
Essentially the machine that gives the so-called CCaaS Analysts an excuse to stay in business. It's a self-serving cycle of free trips and perks so they place whatever Propaganda they are told.

It's NEVER about facts or proper critical assessment. Nothing new here.

  • Oh. Except for the fact that end-user decision makers don't buy the spin anymore. So it's just for ego st-----g between the same analysts/consultants and Avaya communications/C Suite

If you knew how and why she was fired from HP, you’d be flabbergasted 👀

Apollo was tricked by the "Better get Maaco" ads on TV.

"ML is vocal"????
Just how foolish can she be? What's the point, exactly? I guess she is looking to break her own record of short tenure.

My partner had the misfortune of working with MM at Oracle and it was a complete horror show - a terrible leader who was completely out of her depth........

It really smarts to have to have to face the moment when my stripper bleached blonde hair extensions start falling out. People must see me as being able to have real bleached blonde over--processed hair that goes down to my waist when my real hair doesn't even grow as far as my chin! (Thank God for AI) #LifeisGood

Correct. It's not about "performance".

AM gave in to allow Apollo to pull off a heist. They laid him $10m and SS $2m to agree and play along to the Feb 14 2023 Bankruptcy filing.

Oh WOW.
Where do I begin??
#1. Apollo was able to pull off the 'lend to own" scheme and take over equity for no payment because AM enabled it. Apollo owes AM and the $10m bonus was incentive to get him to agree. It was PRE ownership for Apollo so they don't feel they are owed
#2 -- AM is a horrible leader who is hated everywhere she goes. She brings her followers with her and they are equally despises. HP. Cisco. Genesys. You name it. She has nothing to offer Apollo. What a fricken joke to claimed otherwise

Apollo are not id--ts.ML and her entourage have been vocal for more than a month now that AM is on the way out and she’s taking over this March.
