Thread regarding Hy-Vee layoffs

RAND EDEKER IS THE BILL BELICHICK OF HYVEE.

Randy's tenure as the CEO has left HyVee in shambles. It’s going to take years for HyVee , if ever to right the ship. You guys all remember right before Covid HyVee was hurting so bad they stated to do layoffs company wide. Covid was the Tom Brady for Randy. If it wasn’t for Covid HyVee would have gone bankrupt. Covid saved HyVee. The best part is Randy is running around telling everyone how smart he is about making record profits during Covid. Randy really thought the only reason they were making record profits was because of his leadership. Bill was the same way when Tom he’s QB. Now that Tom left. Bill hasn’t been able to win. Now that Covid is over HyVee is struggling to be profitable. Let’s hope the new CEO doesn’t act like Randy and BILL. Jeremy the best advice anyone can ever give you is don’t Ever take any advice from Randy. Just do the opposite of Randy and you will be successful.

Hy-vee is spending so much time and energy to be something they’re not. Expensive unnecessary remodels included. Yes I remember all through right before Covid the fulfillment centers shut down and layoffs were happening left and right. They actually had to keep the FC’s open 2 more weeks than intended because Covid hit right after layoffs were announced and demand was so high.

This might be the d-mbest post this site has ever seen, both in terms of content and fractured English. You should be embarrassed.

Walmart annouced sales increaes 5.7 percent last quarter. Did hyvee beat that? Comment walmart ceo made more higher wage earners turning to walmart. Sounds like to me hyvee and upscale grocers losing market share to me. I seeing a ton new Adli's opening by existing hyvee's. This is hyvee scorecard on how upper management is leading company. How is debt load and return on that debt going? These are question true shareholders would ask. Hyvee owned by less than 1 percent of total employees. Who make the highest wages. Can debt load continue to pay those top wages to true owners of hyvee.
