I love how our federal government is outraged over Bell layoffs. Justin Trudope calling it a “garbage decision”. But not a peep last summer when Suncor fired over 1,500 professionals.

I think it's a reflection of how Ontario and QC are the only 2 provinces tat fed gvt care since they represent close to 2/3 of Canada population and they hold all the political goodwill. Rest of Canada are like 2nd class citizens.
Don’t forget Suncor went way over the 1500, they kept it rolling and wanted more and more cuts. They didn’t release the actual true number but they went way over, actual number it could be closer to 2000.
Of course Justin Trudeau can care less about Alberta or all of Canada at this point. He’s selling Canada out. His carbon tax policy, insane reckless immigration policy. He’s ripping the quality of life rug from our feet toppling us all over. Canadians are losing their quality of life so rapidly it’s insane I never thought this could be possible. He might not be the direct reason for the layoffs but he’s contributing to the Trudeau amplification to inflation factor that is part of the reason companies are doing this. Yet he’s clueless of what his policies are doing to Canada.
