LL6 and the whole group under failed to meet goals and LL6 and GSRs in the group get PR rated below target.
At conclusion of the year of fail, the LL6 miraculously gets promoted to LL5+. All the GSRs in the group retain the low performer below target rating.
The goal metrics data shows they failed plain and simple, what is the justification or explanation that the failure supervisor gets or can get promoted right after being rated low performer?
You would think the supervisor should at minimum have to try another year to prove they can at least meet target or preferably exceed target before getting a big promotion like that.....
