It will just save a lot of stress. At least if some of us take voluntary redundancy it can possibly save others from loosing their jobs.

Nielsen wants to control the departure of employees to ensure the retention of desired assets. The truth is that Nielsen doesn't prioritize the mental well-being of their employees. Their main concern is making more money and identifying who can contribute to the company's growth. They may even let go of staff who don't fit their vision of progress.
Agreed! I’ve talked to employees who say “I love my job, I don’t want to lose it!” meanwhile I’m here just hoping to get laid off. I volunteer!
