This place has been treating us like cr-p for decades and that's not about to change any time soon. Those who think this is something new obviously haven't worked here for that long and have this idealized vision of the mouse in their heads from their childhoods. Well, welcome to reality.

Wow, decades. Maybe should have looked for new employment elsewhere 10-15 years ago?
I lost all confidence and respect for Disney when they offshored IT back in 2015.
Considering the quality of the work, this clearly isn't true. If anything, you could say overpaid and overvalued.
