Bonus Funding- When will we know?

Any idea when the bonus funding will be announced? I know the layoff pool is separate, but it would be nice to know what we are getting.

Not sure about the entire company but our senior leader told me he thinks STS will be around 58%

Schwab announces earnings 1/17. Should be then. Remember, the numbers Peter will quote are not what your managers will have to work with since every layer above will take a cut of the pool - of course, they never explain this.

Amazing! The person who made that comment iabout not wanting the bonus is either lying or one of the “elites”! You can give yours to me if you want. I will have to sell my home or cash out my 401k if I can’t find a job within 6 months. I’ll give you my number!

As someone who was laid off but has gotten a job before Christmas I prefer not getting a bonus from Schwab. The severance package is already very large.

The last email in October/November said it was set to be funded at 70 something percent. I wonder if it will be even less now since they are also giving bonuses to the people laid off (that wasn’t originally the plan but in their poor planning they had to delay layoffs which meant paying bonuses to those laid off)

It will be announced during the next quarterly update in a couple weeks.
